One River Office Building
The One River office building project was a masterclass in mechanical and electrical innovation, proving the skeptics wrong when everyone else said it couldn’t be done. The consensus was that installing the new 22,000 lb rooftop unit would require completely ripping off the building’s roof—a costly and disruptive nightmare. Instead, Taylor collaborated directly with our supplier to engineer a brilliant, custom design that bypassed the need for roof removal entirely. Despite incredibly tight spatial constraints, they successfully broke the system down into three precisely engineered pieces, seamlessly maneuvering them into place like magic. Our team also handled the complex electrical work for this high-stakes job, safely stepping the system up from 208 volt 3 phase to 480 volt 3 phase. It was a remarkably cool, high-efficiency project that truly showcased our team’s creative problem-solving and technical grit.
Design. build. install.
They say it couldn’t be done. Our team pioneered a custom design-build solution for the One River office building, collaborating closely with our supplier to engineer a three-piece mechanical system that eliminated the need for a costly roof removal. Despite incredibly tight spatial constraints, our technicians executed a flawless installation, seamlessly maneuvering the components into place like magic. Our team successfully stepped the electrical system up from 208 volt 3 phase to 480 volt 3 phase and completed all aspects of the install!
